Greek yogurt w/ stevia and some extract (usually orange, or orange and vanilla, or lemon) and some Kashi Go Lean mixed in for bulk, crunch and fiber.  I also eat banana bread flavor Weight Control oatmeal w/ PB2 added (think a little warm pb and banana sandwich in a cup!)  Sometimes deli meat wrapped around cheese.  I also found these yummy little omletes at Walmart (150 calories, 10 g protein, 3 g carb).  They are in the frozen section below the Jimmy Dean breakfast bowls www.walmart.com/catalog/product.do.  I also like Greek yogurt w/ stevia and PB2 to use as a dip for apple slices.  Cheese sticks if I am in a big hurry.  Mornings are crazy in my house so quick and easy breakfasts are a must for me.

Hmm... I like to do bell peppers stuffed with meat.... dinners for breakfast. Otherwise I like cottage cheese with flax seed, cheese stick and cold cut meat..

Oatmeal with cinnamon and splenda...or Fiber One cereal with splenda...or Carnation instant breakfast (sugar free)...or a donut.  On Sunday mornings.   Don't use that suggestion!

weekdays, I usually eat breakfast at work - yogurt with a little cinnamon, flax and sunflower seeds.  I LOVE Trader Joe's brand greek yogurt - I add a little Splenda and some sort of fruit - either frozen, or NSA jams, or pomagranate seeds, something of the sort.  YUM!   LOVE the thicker texture!

Otherwise it's usually scrambled eggs with a little ham or sausage, and cheese, or cottage cheese.
